Be sure to try the Chester's chicken at Quality. It's really good! We're hooked on the tenders and mac and cheese!

This is our local store, but having been away for several months, we had a bit of trepidation on going during the pandemic. Fortunately, everyone--employees and customers--appeared to be using masks and trying to maintain some semblance of distancing considering the store has a small footprint and rows of items can make it crowded. Also, the store is doing its best to maintain a variety of stock.

Very expensive and selection is limited BUT excellent product and quality. Day staff is second to none especially in Massachusetts where it's your world and im just living in it. The night crew has 3 very hard working shift leaders but the rest are just kids who don't actually want to or need to work and it shows so if you want convenience and great quality food and General Merchandise its wonderful. Best Yet is the generic brand and it is AMAZING with 5 star taste so if u have the option buy best yet brand

It is a nice place to shop for groceries. I'm handicapped. So it's hard to get around or cook. They make some of the best lunches and dinners. There is so much in the meal, I have leftovers. They always have Lactaid milk. People are friendly. It's a nice hometown grocery store.

Arrived 7:57pm tonight to just grab greens for a salad, and the store was already closed. Lights off, no employee in sight. Not the first time this has happened. It is nice to have a store in town, even KNOWING you will pay more. Your store is not open until 8pm every day, so please stop advertising it that way. Close at 7:30pm for all I care, but at least stay open til 7:28pm for someone to grab something quick. I believe that is kinda the point of a store in town. Outside of this complaint (that has happened more than once), I do love your market.

They have a good variety of groceries here and their hours are good. It's great to have a real market in a small town like Pepperell with most everything you need, saving a 10-20 minute drive elsewhere. The new owners are helpful and have been steadily making upgrades to the store. My family is grateful to have them here!

The new ownership is fantastic! Today, I visited the deli and Neha assisted me. She provides excellent customer service, all the employees do. They always make my shopping experience a pleasure. I love that the store is conveniently located near the town center. They offer a variety of specialty items that I can't find anywhere else. The prices are comparable to other stores in the area. I highly recommend checking this place out !

I couldn't have gotten better customer service . Jackie went way out of her way to help me out with my unusual order and in fact, she delivered it in her own car for me! My brother-in-law told me that the meatballs and stuffed chicken breasts are just delicious !

I started coming back here during covid, when NO ONE had the one cat food my senior cat could eat, and I found it here. They never ran out. The deli dept is great, and the prepared foods, hot AND cold are fresh and delicious. If you live in the area this place is fantastic, full grocery mart without the hassles of the bigger stores.
